ISEENOW is a founder-led agency based in Sydney, working globally. We approach each brand as a whole and give every element a reason to be there.

Why We Started

ISEENOW began with a recurring observation: as businesses grow, their brands accumulate more messages, materials, and contributors. Each piece may work on its own while the connection between them becomes harder to see. The agency was created to protect that connection.

Our Perspective

People search for meaning. It is how we understand the world: through ideas, stories, symbols, and the connections between them. A brand gives a business a human form. Its central idea creates a thread between what the business believes, how it behaves, and what people recognise and remember. We look for that thread and shape the language and identity around it.

ISEENOW is led by Irina Chernyshenko, a brand strategist with more than 14 years across media, publishing, branding, and design. Her editorial background shapes how she listens, notices patterns, and turns a founder’s instinct into direction.
