Next we look at the brand as a character.Different internal voices become visible and integrate into one centre instead of pulling in different directions.

Finally we translate this clarity into direction:

This becomes the basis for positioning, narrative and future brand development.

The workshop is facilitated by Irina Chernyshenko, founder of ISEENOW. She developed the ISEENOW Method to translate founder intuition into clear strategic structure.

Irina is known for her ability to listen deeply and recognise the ideas that genuinely move people — the motivations that make a business come alive. Before founding ISEENOW, she worked on launching new products and brand initiatives inside large organisations and on the client side, gaining first-hand experience of how brands grow and evolve in real business environments. The method turns those insights into language and principles a team can actually work with.

Who is the Brand Manifest Workshop for?

The workshop is a good fit if your brand mostly lives in your head.Many founders feel the direction intuitively but struggle to express it clearly to others. It’s especially useful before investing in strategy, design, a website or a rebrand — when you want to start from a clear foundation rather than guesswork.

What if I don’t have a clear vision yet?

You don’t need a polished vision to join. Many founders arrive with fragments — ideas, feelings, half-sentences. The workshop is designed for exactly that. We slow the thinking down, name what’s already there, and translate it into clear language.

Is this only for startups?

No. The workshop works for early-stage founders, growing companies, and established teams whose brand has evolved in different directions over time. What matters most is your willingness to look honestly at where the brand stands today.

Does the workshop include brand design?

No.We don’t design during this session.The focus is the inner layer of the brand — meaning, positioning direction and language. This clarity becomes the foundation for any future design work.

What will I leave the workshop with?

What if I already have a brand strategy document?

That’s completely fine. Existing strategy documents, decks or messaging can become useful input. The workshop often reconnects those materials with what actually feels true today — so the strategy becomes something you use, not just something you once approved.

Can I bring a co-founder or team member?

Yes. You’re welcome to bring one co-founder or key team member.If you’d like to involve a larger group, we can discuss a custom session based on the same Brand Manifest method.
